No. Most EMDR therapists come to me with a rough idea of what they want and not much else. No photos, no written copy, no clear sense of what pages they need. That is fine. Part of the discovery process is working out what your site actually needs. A logo helps. If you have existing content, we can use or rework it. If you have nothing, I can write the core copy for you.
Most projects are done in 2 to 4 weeks. The main factor is how quickly we move through the feedback stage. If you can review and respond within a day or two, things move fast. If your schedule is packed, it may take longer. I will give you a realistic timeline once I understand the scope of your project, not a number pulled from thin air.
Every site I build includes on-page SEO and technical SEO as standard. That covers page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, site speed, mobile performance, and local business markup. These help Google understand what you offer, where you are located, and who you serve.

If you are on the managed plan, you do not have to touch it at all since I handle edits for you. But if you want the ability to make changes yourself, you will have it
That happens often. Sometimes it is a site that looks outdated but has good bones. Sometimes it is a complete rebuild using an existing domain. I look at what you have, tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what is not, and we go from there. A redesign is usually a bit faster than starting from scratch since you already have content and structure to react to.
