No. Most speech therapists come to me with a rough idea of what they want and not much else. No photos, no written copy, no clear idea of what pages they need. That is fine. Part of the discovery process is figuring out what your site actually needs. I will ask the right questions to get there. Most of the time, you'd need to have a logo of your practice. If you have existing content, great, we can use or rework it. If you have nothing, I can write the basic copy for you.
Most projects are done in 2 to 4 weeks. The main factor is how quickly we move through the feedback stage. If you can review and respond within a day or two, things move fast. If your schedule is packed, it may take longer. I will give you a realistic timeline once I understand the scope of your project, not a number pulled from thin air.
Every site I build includes on-page SEO and technical SEO as standard. That covers things like page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, site speed, mobile performance, and local business markup. These are the foundations that help Google understand what your practice offers and where you are located.

Yes, and I make sure of it. Before handing over, I walk you through the system so you can update your services, change your hours, add a blog post, or swap a photo without needing to call anyone. If you are on the managed plan, you do not have to touch it at all since I handle edits for you. But if you want the ability to make changes yourself, you will have it
That happens often. Sometimes it is a site that looks outdated but has good bones. Sometimes it is a complete rebuild using an existing domain. I look at what you have, tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what is not, and we go from there. A redesign is usually a bit faster than starting from scratch since you already have content and structure to react to.

For group practices, that might mean separate pages for each therapist, a team page, or service pages organized by location.
