Shifa Journeys Case Study
Overview
Shifa Journeys is a medical travel facilitation service. They guide patients from initial inquiry through full recovery, offering visa support, Arabic-speaking staff, nearby accommodation, halal meals, and 24/7 assistance. The goal was to create a website that reflected both professionalism and personal support.
The Challenge
The existing website did not convey trust or clarity for patients seeking treatment abroad. Visitors struggled to understand the services or feel confident in the brand. Shifa Journeys needed a site that communicated their care, reliability, and cultural sensitivity.
Objectives
- Build trust and clarity, especially for Arabic-speaking patients.
- Present services in a clear step-by-step journey.
- Highlight differentiators such as private nursing care and ongoing support.
Approach
- Started with meetings to understand Shifa Journeys’ challenges and their business model.
- Designed the website in Figma, focusing on clarity, trust, and cultural sensitivity.
- Developed responsive WordPress pages for smooth experience on all devices.
- Implemented multi-language functionality, including Arabic, to serve their audience.
- Added basic on-page SEO to improve visibility and support patient inquiries.
Impact
The website now clearly communicates Shifa Journeys’ services and target audience. Visitors can understand the full patient journey at a glance without feeling overwhelmed by information. Numbers, testimonials, and culturally aligned visuals help build trust, while the responsive design and clear structure provide a smooth user experience. The client now has a strong digital presence that effectively supports inquiries, consultations, and bookings.
