I designed & developed WordPress website for a NYC church combining modern design, sermon integration, event management, and online donation in one place.

Scope of Work

A New York City church needed a website that felt as welcoming online as it does in person. The goal was a digital home that serves both long-time members and first-time visitors looking for a local congregation.

The church had no strong digital presence. People searching for a local church in NYC were landing nowhere, and those who did find them had no easy way to access service times, watch sermons, give online, or stay connected between Sundays.

Built on WordPress with Elementor. The design started with structure, clear navigation so visitors can find what they need without thinking. Service schedules, upcoming events, and an online donation system were built in as core features, not afterthoughts. Sermon media and live streaming support were integrated to extend reach beyond the building. Copy was written to feel warm and direct, speaking to both curious visitors and regular attendees. Speed optimization and SEO-friendly development were baked in from the start, targeting local search so the church shows up when people in NYC are looking.

A responsive, easy-to-manage website that reflects the church's mission and keeps its community informed and connected. Members can give, watch, and stay updated from anywhere.
