Coaching Website Redesign Service

Your coaching business has grown. Your website hasn't caught up.

I redesign coaching websites that reflect where you actually are now — so when someone checks your site, they see a coach worth hiring, not year one.

  • No AI-slop
  • No Hidden Fees
  • No Templates
  • SEO-ready from day one
SIGNS IT'S TIME

Is your coaching website working against you?

Most coaches don't have a bad website — they have an old one. These are the signs a redesign is overdue.

You hesitate before sharing the link

Adding "it's a bit outdated, but..." before every link means it's already costing you trust before anyone reads a word.

Inquiries are the wrong fit

Vague messaging attracts everyone and converts no one. If discovery calls feel like a mismatch, the copy is usually to blame.

Nothing ranks on Google

Older coaching sites are often built on slow platforms with no SEO foundation. Invisible in search means missing organic leads entirely.

Clunky on mobile

Over 60% of web traffic is mobile. A site that forces visitors to pinch and zoom loses more than half your audience before they even read your headline.

Offers you no longer sell are listed

If your programs have evolved but the site hasn't, you're sending two different signals at once. Clients notice.

You can't update it yourself

If changing a sentence means emailing a developer, you'll keep putting it off. Stale content tells Google and visitors that you're not active.

Two or more of these?

That's enough to warrant a proper look at your site. Get in touch for a free website audit worth $150.

What a coaching website redesign actually involves

A redesign isn't new colors on the same broken foundation. It's a rebuild of how your site presents you, what it says, and how it moves visitors toward booking.

Positioning and messaging review

Before touching the design, I look at what your site is actually saying. Who does it speak to? Is the result you deliver clear? Vague messaging is the most common reason coaching sites don't convert and no visual upgrade fixes that alone.

Page structure and user flow

Every page should have one job. Homepage moves visitors toward your services. Services page moves them to a discovery call. I map the full journey before a single element gets designed.

Clean, current design

Designs that look professional in the first three seconds, load fast, and don't look like every other coaching template on the internet. No borrowed themes, no generic layouts.

SEO Foundation

Clean URL structure, correct heading hierarchy, optimized page titles and meta descriptions, fast load times. This is the groundwork that gives your site a chance of ranking. Google's Core Web Vitals are a direct ranking factor now, so speed isn't optional.

Mobile-first build

Built and tested on mobile from the start, not adjusted after the fact. Every section, every CTA, every form works on a phone without thinking about it.

Booking-ready structure

Calendly, Acuity, or a contact form — the booking flow gets set up properly so leads don't drop off at the last step. The call is only one click away from every relevant page.

Platform you can actually use

I build on WordPress (Breakdance or Elementor), Framer, or Wix Studio depending on what fits your workflow. You'll be able to update your own content without touching code or asking a developer for help. NO AI slop. No generic templates. Ever.

WHO I WORK WITH

Coaching niches I redesign websites for

I work with coaches across a range of specializations. The core problems are the same, but the messaging, audience, and tone shift with each niche.

Life coaching websites often suffer from being too broad. The redesign work here usually involves getting specific about who you help and what the outcome actually looks like.

Business coaches need a site that reads as authoritative and results-focused. If you work with founders or executives, your site has to match their standard.
Learn More about this service

Career coaching is a crowded space. Your website needs to do more than list services. It needs to make clear who you work with, at what level, and what specific results they can expect.

High-ticket clients research carefully before committing. Your website needs to build credibility and trust quickly, with clear social proof and a direct path to a conversation.

Trust matters more here than in almost any other coaching niche. The design, copy, and structure all need to feel warm and credible at the same time.

REFRESH VS REBUILD

Which one do you actually need?

Not every coaching website needs to be torn down. Knowing the difference saves time and money. Here's how to tell.

A refresh is enough when...

  • Your branding still fits, but the site looks visually dated
  • Your messaging is solid, but the layout is weak
  • You've added new services and the site just needs updating
  • The platform is fine, but the design was done quickly

A full rebuild makes sense when...

  • Your platform is slow, hard to update, or has no SEO structure
  • Your niche or audience has shifted significantly
  • Your offers have changed but the site reflects your old positioning
  • You're attracting the wrong clients, or no organic inquiries at all
THE PROCESS

How the redesign works, start to finish

Step 1: Discovery call

We talk through your current site, what's not working, who you're trying to reach, and what a good result looks like. No forms or questionnaires first. Just a conversation to understand about your business.

Step 2: Strategy and site audit

I review your existing site in full: design, structure, messaging, SEO, mobile performance, and page speed. You get a clear picture of what needs to change before any design work starts.

Step 3: Design mockup

I build a mockup of the key pages — homepage and your main service pages — and share for your feedback. You'll see exactly what the redesigned site looks like before I build anything live.

Step 4: Revisions

Two to three rounds of revisions are included. Most projects need one. If the direction is right, we move straight into the build.

Step 5: Revisions

I build the complete site on your chosen platform. Content migration, image optimization, booking integrations, and SEO setup are all handled in this phase.

Step 6: Review and launch

You review the full site before it goes live. Once you're happy, I push it live, connect your domain, and confirm everything is running correctly. Post-launch WordPress maintenance is available if you want ongoing cover.

Frequently Asked Qustions

Most coaching website redesigns fall between $500 and $2,500, depending on the size of the site, the platform, and whether copywriting is included. A five-page WordPress redesign costs less than a twelve-page Framer build with custom integrations. Get in touch for a quote based on your actual site.

Most projects are done in 2 to 4 weeks. The main factor is how quickly we move through the feedback stage. If you can review and respond within a day or two, things move fast. If your schedule is packed, it may take longer. I will give you a realistic timeline once I understand the scope of your project, not a number pulled from thin air.

Every site I build includes on-page SEO and technical SEO as standard. That covers things like page titles, meta descriptions, heading structure, site speed, mobile performance, and local business markup. These are the foundations that help Google understand what your practice offers and where you are located.
That said, SEO is not instant. You are not going to rank on page one the week your site launches. What I build gives you a solid base to grow from. Over the following months, as Google indexes your site and you start building links and content, your visibility increases.

That depends on your workflow and goals. I work with WordPress (Breakdance or Elementor), Framer, and Wix Studio. WordPress is the best choice if long-term SEO growth matters. Framer suits coaches who want a fast, visually distinctive site. Wix Studio is right if you want maximum control over your own updates with no technical knowledge. If you're unsure, I'll recommend one based on your situation.

Yes. Monthly WordPress maintenance plans cover security updates, plugin updates, backups, uptime monitoring, and minor content edits. Most coaches find it worth having someone else handle the technical side. Details are on the WordPress maintenance page.
